Almond Glaze is great to drizzle over cake or brush on top of lovely sugar cookies.
1 cup sifted confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
In a medium bowl, blend milk (about 1 tablespoon) with confectioners’ sugar. If necessary, add additional milk to make the desired consistency.
Stir in almond extract.
Drizzle over cake or brush on cookies.
